Position Description

Submit Auto, GL, WC Claims to Insurance Carriers
Investigate and manage claims, including reviewing documentation and data entry
Collaborate with other departments to process claims efficiently and effectively
Communicate claims status to upper management
Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims processed
Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

2 year's experience in claims processing
Knowledge of Viewpoint software a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communications skills and the ability to work within a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
